Rochdale, January 2016 – Hurstwood’s No.2 The Esplanade continues to find success following the completion of another letting at the building.

Age UK Metro Rochdale, who offer a wide range of services providing practical support, information and advice to local older people and their carers, focus on the real needs of older people within the Metropolitan Borough, and have signed an initial 12 month lease.
