Two more small industrial units have been let at Hurstwood’s popular Millers Bridge Industrial Estate, located adjacent to Bootle docks only a couple of miles from Liverpool city centre.

Unit 13 has been taken by a new start up electrical wholesaler business which hopes to not only tap into the online market but also maximise sales through the unit’s prominent position on estate which is easily visible from derby road, the main route into the city centre through Bootle.

Unit 32 has also been let at the estate.

Hurstwood, Rossendale’s largest owner of modern industrial units, has let another workshop on Carrs Industrial Estate in Haslingden.

NHF Construction has agreed a three year lease on the 3,000 sq ft unit 3 at Grove House. This unit also benefits from a yard and loading area.

Rossendale’s largest commercial landlord, Hurstwood, has let another office at its popular Link 665 Business Centre located on the A56 in Haslingden.

Smith Jackson Wealth Consultancy has taken a new ten year lease on suite 19 at the property, which measures just under 800 sq ft.

Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling commented: “We are delighted to welcome Smith Jackson to Link 665. We still have several office suites available in the building which boasts raised floors, a quality reception and 165 on-site car parking paces.”

Work is almost complete on the refurbishment of the Crystal Owned 61 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre.

The business centre on the first floor is now ready for occupation with suites available from 176 – 759 sq ft.

The show suite is also complete on the sixth floor – measuring 1,652 sq ft the suite features a roof terrace overlooking the city centre. Roof terraces are also currently being fitted on the second and fourth floors.

With the refurbishment work lost complete and first tenants now ready to move in at 61 Mosley Street we thought we should get some new photos. Orbus Leisure Ltd has become the latest tenant at Hurstwood’s Three Point Business Park in Haslingden after agreeing a deal on the 1,400 sqft unit 8 at the site.

This letting leaves only two units available at the site; unit 7, which measures 2,900 sqft and the 2,000 sqft unit 21.

Orbus Leisure is a specialist retailer of fitness and weight loss equipment. They offer everything from cross trainers to vibration plates and treadmills.
