The Old Post Office - Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Located on the Esplanade opposite the Town Hall, The Old Post Office as it is known now, is an imposing and attractive grade II listed building.

Erected in the 1920s, it became part of the Hurstwood property portfolio following an imaginative joint venture with the Rochdale-Based Beva Group. The two partners comprehensively refurbished the property in 2003.

It still houses the Post Office with ground, first and second floor office space coming available in December 2013.
